With our system, customer Loyalty aggregates across both in-store and PreOrder transactions, creating a seamless experience for your patrons. Plus, our PreOrder feature can even be used for Order@Table, enhancing convenience and efficiency for both businesses and customers.

Order Management (OMS)

Call it Bump screens, SDK, or OMS – whatever you prefer, our system comes with Order Management built-in, at no additional cost. Easily manage orders from anywhere – whether it’s the kitchen pass, bar, or over the coffee machine. Loyalty

Turn customer loyalty into charitable donations and savings for your business with our Loyalty feature. Customers can choose to redeem their free item or have its value donated to charity. When a customer reaches the shop-nominated loyalty threshold, they are given the option to TAKE their free coffee or elect the café to DONATE the value to charity. This innovative approach makes the donation process cashflow neutral or positive for businesses, while also encouraging charitable giving.

  • You’ll find a handy sticker on the top of your coffee cup lids that prompts customers to download the app.

  • Add 5 cups to their loyalty status on the scanning tablet.
  • Scan their unique QR code.
  • Voilà! They’re now a part of MyCC.
